Deflection on MUTOH Rockhopper

Hi,
when I do Test nozzle print I have deflection on black and cyan box. They are not missing nozzle but some small lines are in same line as previous. The attachment shows what I'm talking about.
Any body know what to do? I cleaned the head and soaked in the cleaning fluid. Don't know what else to do?!

something is still in the nozzle hole...

ultra-sound might help...

Or the nozzle could be damaged.

I would the try the head soak again and again.
Rewet the cleanroom wipe every 20 minutes or so.
