Hey guys,

Does any software exist to manage designs?

I am talking about requesting designs, assigning them to designers, having a status of designs, putting in customer revisions and so forth.

Does anyone use something like this?

At the moment we use email etc but I would like to systemize this part of the business.

Activity Software does have the add on features to allow customer input. Our Shop Floor feature tracks all jobs with timing, material, assignment, and by department. This can be set to only internal use of available through BOL.

Business-On-Line allows your customers to see what you want them to see concerning thier open estimates, invoices, A/R, job progress. You can also block the same customer from features if you wish.

Art Approval is a system used to send links to your customers so they can see their order and send back revisions if needed.
