Destructible vinyl - door seal

I have a customer that is looking for a "Fire Door Security Seal". The sticker goes across a closed door and if the door is opened the sticker breaks in half. He sent me a link to a company in Toronto, but I can't get a return email. They want to have their full color logo with consecutive numbers as well. Maybe there is a merchant member that can produce these.

www.gill-line.com I have their new catalog and on page 38, they have destructible decals. I use these guys for printing and they are good to work with.
