Disable Ink

Hello, my Roland XC-540 Uses 6 colors CMYK + Lc + Lm, Some friends have told me that there is to turn off Light colors completely and it only works on CMYK, I use versaworks 5, Can someone help me how to turn off Light colors. Thanks for the reply in advance

I've never done it on that model or RIP but have you tried using a CMYK only profile? That used to work on the old Mimaki JV3s.
