Does anyone know what's happening here?

New Member
We installed a new light magenta head on our Toucan LT on Friday and the nozzle check looks like the picture below. I tried replacing the ribbon cables from the head to the board with no luck and switched them with another head but the result is the same. If anyone has any suggestions (other than lighting it on fire) I'm all ears.
