Dry Transfer Over-Laminates ?

Anyone know of another source or manufacture of Dry Transfer over-laminate similar to GBC's AccuShield?

From what I hear it has been discontinued. I have never found anything else like it. Anyone know of a similar Dry Transfer over-laminate.
