Unless you use 080 aluminum, its going to get dented all to heck. IT will have to be thick. I would use 080, letter with vinyl and let it go. If the letters do get damaged, its easy enough to fix. But truly, this guy is asking for the moon. Nothing will last a really long time on those trucks. You know those drivers arent going to worry about scratching up the signs.:)

sounds like the same guys that want warrenties on from license plates...i just tell them to never drive again and they should be fine 4EVER:rock-n-roll:
