There are a bunch of fake sites selling parts out of Indonesia and this is one of them. If you search Signs101 you will find a few posts of people who have been burned by deals like this. I have them in stock here in the US if you're interested.

Just buy them from Sign in China and be done with it..Always use paypal as payment method.. Never had a problem with them

yes, i put 4 dx4 heads from sign in china 2.5 years ago.
still working great
