Need Help E-MM-21 MEDIA MOTOR NOT MOVING FORWARD HP-FB750

I am getting a erro on my HP FB-750 UV printer.

E-MM-21 Media motor not moving forward.



Only options I have on screen is “RETRY”, which moves the rollers on media table forward approx.. 6” and the “RESTART” button which brings me back to this error message screen after the printer reeboots..



What the heck do I do?



I tried googling this error and nothing comes up.

A quick update for future reference in case anyone ever comes across this same issue.
We got the printer back up and running.

Here is what we did...

1) cleaned the encoder disk on the motion table.
It is situated on the screen side of the printer at the back end of the table roller. Remove cover and blow dust out. DO NOT TOUCH IT WITH YOUR FINGERS OR AND SWAB / WIPE acording to tech advice.
This did not get rid of error.

2) we reseated all the three white connectors at top of e-box. result = still the same.
3) we removed all connectors on i/o board, removed screws and reseated the i/o board back into motherboard, reinstalled screws, reseated all connectors on i/o board. result = It booted up and error was gone.
