E065Err PF Motor

Hey everyone. I've been getting this error starting this morning. The machine starts fine then as you advance the material it just fires the material through very fast for an inch or so and starts beeping. i did some searching around on here and google but cant find anywhere that actually shows me where the sensor or the encoder actually is.
does anyone know of a place to find pics of the location of these?

If it the 1614 it is located behind the left end cover.
It is a circular disk.

I apologize. My brain is scattered trying to fix this and left out that its the 1204.

Its behind that cover on the 1204 as well. I can see the sensor is touching the disc and is leaving a small witness mark around the disc.
