E16 TLB T/L (03) Error

i am getting this error, was told the main board is bad. i could run a clean on the vj1204 printer but now it is not letting me do anything.
How can i get ink to come through the print head so it wouldn't block up? I try putting from the waste lines but not much ink come .
Is there a way to get it to work? I am still waiting on the board as it taking long as this is 2 weeks.

you would have to pull ink through the waste lines. If not much comes, you have other problems on top of that. the cap or maintenance station will need replacing. with that being said. I would soak the head. This will keep the nozzle plate wet. Unplug the machine. Put the head in the high position and move the head away from the capping station. Place a piece of lint free cloth on the cap and saturate it with cleaning fluid. Move the head back on the cloth and lower the head. Check the cloth frequently and keep it wet. This should keep you until the board arrives. Good luck

Thanks i now get the board so i was told i have to get the parameter off of the old board and then install the board then put them back on. How should i go about this?

I install the board but now getting a E016 TLB-T/L (02) now. Any help. No lights on mainboard just a green light and a red one flashing on thr heater board.

This error happened because your new mainboard is empty. You have to use standard procedure for transfer parameters from old mainboard to new.

Update the problem was the memory and not the main board.
