easiest way to cut 1w inch signs from coro

I dont own a cnc so what is the easiest way to cut 12 inch circles from coro

can you make a compass cutter out of an Exacto blade?

depending on how many....cut a circle out of mdf and get a profile laminate bit for your hand router

Using a router table and a top bearing flush trim bit you can make a jig with a lazy-susan turntable. Takes a bit to set up, but you can punch out circles quite fast. Note: you have to cut squares first. If I knew where my jig was I'd post pictures. My shop is becoming the Bermuda Triangle of tools.


Roto-Zip with circle guide should work too.

Or find a friendly someone with a laser engraver - we cut coro on ours and it's a much better finish than our router.
