Does anyone suggest a company that will come take a look at a Mutoh Printer?

Google, American Print Consultants. I believe they handle that area.

Graphic Resource Systems also handle the area. I've used them over the past 15 years.

S&F has started doing Mutoh as well over the last few years - have only used them on our Rolands, but they were good, helpful and reasonable.
