Is it possible print as wide as the media is, if it's 54"? Right now, if I put the outside rollers all the way to the edge, it allows me to print 52.99". Is there a way to print "past" the outside rollers?
In most printing industries, "full bleed" printing means printing on a material larger then cutting it down. If you were to trick your inkjet into printing all the way to the edge you would have a mess of ink all over your print platen and rollers....
There are a few machines that can do that but they have an intentional gutter built into the platen to catch the ink that goes off the edge.

I know this, but Roland advertises the print width as 54", but the most I can print is 53. See their specs below. According to the "specs", I should be able to print edge to edge. Not necessarily that I want to, but it would be nice to print say 53.5....
