Question EJ-640 Cyan channel

Hello,
Seems that i have so problems with cyan color:
For Cyan color changes Dampers, on head 4 changed Cap Top.

I have to possible:
- Cyan color ran out (we have the EJ4 color system if i understood correctly), and did some damage to the cyan.
Before this photos head teste were good, now after dampers changing, only Cyan doesn't recover.
- Or Cyan hoses have a problem and i keep getting air in the C head.

Is there a way to put cleaner on this?
