Need Help End Of Roll Error Message on Mutoh 1204

Keep getting "End of Roll" Error message on VJ1204.

1) I have taped the sensor off
2) Lowered Platnum Heat
3) Taken off Media initialization
4) Cleaned Rollers off with Alcohol

Any Help would be great!!!!!

Is the problem with banner media or vinyl? On some banner media I have to use a hacksaw and cut off the part of the core that's sticking out on the right side (near the ink carts). If the right side edge of any media is loaded too far to the left, it will give an error message.

The problem is dirty media sensor. Just open rear media guide and clean the sensor.
It installed in "air tube" and may covered ink dust while printing. So, sensor hole taping will not fix it.
