End of Roll Error......

I just loaded some 48in banner material in my 1204 and I keep getting this error when I go to print...... End of Roll.......

I have used it on some 30in vinyl this morning with no problem.......

Hell I can't even find where the sensor is at.........

Could someone give me a little help with this please......

on a 1614 it's in the center of the rollers

Thanks I found it.......The banner buckling and was lifting off the sensor It was a new roll and I don't think I loaded just right......

Sometimes if you are using banner the cardboard core will stick out, cut the end of the core with a hacksaw and that will help to reduce the chances of getting the annoying End of Roll error on the 1204.
