Need Help Epson 11880 keeps rebooting on its own

We are running two Epson 11880s, and one has started sporadically rebooting while idle the past couple of weeks. Any ideas as to what would cause this and how to stop it? I couldn't find anything in my research.

Firmware is correct ? IM sensor is clean ? , test for IM :
44 inch paper roll, Enter the serviceman mode,turn the printer On while pressing pause,menu, paper feed down arrow,.Select self testing adjustment ,IM sensor ,press Enter for pattern. IM sensor scans pattern and automatically corrected.
