Epson 3000 issue

i have'nt use my epson 3000 for a while.i turned it on today to print a large positive and error message came up "this job requires memory than is available in this printer.100 485 for the output format,choose optimize for portability in the device settings page".

i have followed all the error message instructions on the printed page w/o result.
pls assist.
