Epson S40600 C1 being weird

The C1 channel on my Epson S40600 is not printing full cyan C1 patterns. The broken lines change from print to print, so I'm guessing that this isn't a head issue. Printer has 7000SQM/18000Ft2 through it. Purchased new in 2018.

Troubleshooting guidance is appreciated. thanks.

This is a faulty print head, there is very bad deflection on the nozzles and if you zoom in on the C1 and M1 black numbers below, you can see splotches of ink over those......The head is misfiring cyan on black as well. It does look like ink starvation, but I am sure it is not......I have seen hundreds and hundreds of defective print heads.
