Epson S60600 Service / Engineer Manual

Hi all

I have a load media issue with my Epson S60600. I can't find an engineer in the UK other than the main Epson dealer (too expensive for a contract) and other than this issue, it's been fine.

I'm assuming it's a dodgy sensor and easy enough to replace if I knew how.

Does anyone have a manual they can share please.

Load media error.

When I load the media, the head moves top the left as it normally does and then I get the error. I have cleaned around where the sensor is but nothing changes. I don't seem to have a clear cover on mine like the one I saw on your tube (not sure why) but I cleaned around the area just incase.

I then lift the media lever and it's like there is no tension at all, like the spring had gone. If I turn the media width sensor off, the tension on the media loader is back but I can't get the media width meaning I have to manually choose the media which is slow and not ideal.
