Epson Surecolor S80600 misfiring

I need some help. I am not sure what is causing this, but I have had this issue for two years. First, it was happing on data width printing, and when it got really cold it started happening a lot. Someone told me that humanity was causing the issue or that the ribbons were bad, so I replaced them, but that did not help. It happens randomly, and I don't think it is the head, prints are coming out perfect, and no missing nozzles

What am I looking at here, not sure what the context is? Is a part of a print or something like a nozzle check?
We have the same printer, with no issues. We did have a one set of print heads get replaced under warranty.

This happens when printing an image/file. It prints this pattern randomly on prints. Not a nozzle check
