I have just started using this printer and I am having issues with banding in my prints. The heads are clean, I have even cleaned during the printing process. Print resolution is 720x1080. Printing on Melamine. Print quality checks are perfect. Does not band when image is reduced to 1/4 scale. Please, any ideas or help. I am familiar with Mimaki UV flatbed and the unholy Roland flatbed. I printed in both directions as I am using varnish and color only.

What RIP?
What type of file are you send to it?
When was the last time you did a head alignment?

I got mine as soon as it came out. Next month will be 3 years I have had it. Other than the first month or 2, I have been using Caldera with mine.

Using Epson Edge Print to RIP. There are a few adjustments which I can't find any information as to how to adjust and register. I can't find any information online about these adjustments. This does not seem to be as intuitive and user friendly as other systems I've worked with previously. Could humidity be causing this type of issue given that this machine has ionizers to combat the static.

Did you try this?
How is adjusting head height going to help a horizontal banding issue? As you can see in my photos, this is a step adjustment for the feed rate or a curing rate issue or something outside of typical parameters. I need detailed service information regarding these type of adjustments. The base youtube videos do not address these adjustment features.

What you need to do then is talk to the dealer that sold you the unit.
