Hello. Somebody help. We have Error 076 Pre Heat. According with the Service Manual it says that must check the connections in the Thermistor or Heater on both sides (Heater and the Board). We checked that. Also says to replace the Main Board. Done that. We have 3 VJ-1614. Two working and one for spare parts. One of the good ones began to give error 076. We have replaced (with parts from the other machine and also with new parts) all the Boards: MainBoard, Heater Junction Board, Heater Board, Power Supply and CR Board. We have checked all the cables between boards and between heaters and board.
We also installed a new head (because in some forum somebody wrote that solved the 076 Error replacing the Head, that a Bad Head may cause this error). We replaced the CR or Trailing Cables between the CR Board and the Main Board. Also the FPC Cables between Head and CR Board. No result.
The strange thing is after two months the second working printer began to give the same error. Both printers were connected to the power source through a True-Online UPS and to different power lines.
They are connected to the same computer and RIP.
What may be causing this error? How can we solve it?
