Error 6 and Error 65

I have a Rockhopper 38 and the motherboard died recently. I put in a new one but now I get error 6 cartridge and error 65 cartridge. Anyone know what this means?

The error light comes on right after initialization i load vinyl lock and close door. It tries to read paper size and then half way through says the errors "undefined paper size" "error 6 cartridge" "error 65 cartridge" I cannot access anything in maintenance mode

When I try and enter maintenance mode the display just shows black squares with no letters? Any help would be highly appreciated

Anyone know if there is a reset button to go back to factory settings? Maybe these codes are from the previous printer?

I dont find those errors in the manual.

I think the first thing I would do is check all connections.

Called mutoh they said the board is on the way out and throwing funky codes. They dont even have those codes in their manual
