Need Help Failed Locators

Hi all, we seem to be having a recurring issue, plastic locators breaking away from the back of acrylic, it happens on white acrylic after about 3 years or more (not the usual bucket gone brittle but locator to acrylic bonding failed) we purchase them from supplier pre-bonded with a template. They are saying that they have had no other failures from any other customer and that if it was a bad tensol batch that it would have failed long before and with other clients. We have had a few failures now in different locations and entire sets of flat-cuts are failing not just the odd locator. Has anybody else experienced this issue and have you found a preventative solution.
Many thanks - your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Whew-wee...... I was afraid to ask that. Totally different terminology than over here, I think.

Thanks for replies,
I guess we call them different things here, So I am talking about the small round plastic units (balls) that bond to shaped acrylic to push into plastic holders / cups. Cups screw to sign panel (fascia) and then the bonded 'balls' push into them to hold the acrylic in position. We call the set 'locators'
It is the plastic 'ball' that is becoming detached from the acrylic over time,
I hope that this makes sense :)

Thanks all - yes indeed it is those little devils - it is the clear part that is failing with bonding to acrylic - have always used tensol but will look at Locktite 406 thank you Borge
