Failed to load pluging module fspreprod.dll

Everything worked fine last night then today I went in to print and turned the printer on and flexi cloud was still on but the rip and print icon was missing. I shut everything down and restarted and get "Failed to load plugin module fspreprod.dll". I have not been able to remedy this issue...

Call support, this is a semi-common problem and I would bet they will have you up and running in no time. Best of luck.

thanks, going to call in the morning. i was thinking this has to be a minor fix and was hoping for an easy answer to keep going today :)
