Falcoln outdoor wont initialize

when you turn printer on all led lights blink on led panel, no error or any messages appear and if you look at the enclosed motherboard in the black box you could see 2 red led lights blink. any suggestions or help appreciated.

I repaired my Rockhopper II toweek. On the power board was broken 2 condensator for electrical. My repair was 2.5€ and now my machine work as then new.
