Falcon II Outdoor Print/Heat settings

I am trying to find the optimum settings for printing on vinyl/banners/canvas on the Mutoh.
DPI/Overstrikes/Heat temp on each heater/DPI/Etc. or any tricks you may have?
I am getting bleeding of the ink on vinyl at 1440 dpi, does everything need to be lower quality or is there special combinations you use?

I print with a Falcon Jr and have my heaters as high as possible with out having material buckling. I print banners at 720x720 bi-directional. For 13 oz banner I set heaters at 45/45 use a banner profile. I like printing on matte banner material. It takes more ink.

Are you using a 1440 vinyl profile?

Something like 40 preheat, 42 platen heat and 50 dry for vinyl (low head height) vinyl profile 720x720 4 pass
35/38/50 for banner (high head height) 720 2 pass banner profile

I print a lot of canvas with a good banner profile.
