Falcon Jr. Bulk System Help!!

I can't seem to get my bulk system to work. I get a message that says diferent ink. I've tried 2 set of cartridges & even a 3rd party inks, but they don't seem to work. As soon as put in the Mutoh cartridges it works fine. Now a days we need to save money and I used the inks on another falcon with no problem. Can anybody help? Do the silver stickers need to be facing a certain way?

The silver sticker is ID computer chip. You may be in trouble. I'd call the supplier and ask them about it.

These are not chipped, they have a reflective label, that has to be in a certain location and orientation.

There are sensors that detect the silver reflective areas and the black areas that tell the cart what kind of ink is in the carts.
