Falcon Jr New Capping Station not sealing..

I put my new capping station in with mesh in it...did a powerful cleaning, then a nozzle check, no Magenta, magenta damper is 1/2 full just like the C Y B...so I tried to do a manual pull with a syringe, and all i hear is air hissing. There is not really an adjustment that I can see for the capping station, anyone else had this problem?

i just fought with an issue similare to this with my jv3 when changing the cap tops. adjusted everything i could with no result. in the end i opened up the capping assembly and stretched out the cap top springs a bit so they would have a bit more "push" against the bottom of the head and that did it. not saying that is the way to fix it but i had exhausted all other remedies.
