Falcon Jr no color

I have a Mutoh Falcon Jr that will not print color I have ink to the dampers and can pull ink through the head with a syringe. I have replaced the head, head cable, and fuse but still no color.

Anyone have any idea of what to do next?

This is not rocket science... If you have ink movement, if the fuse is good, if the head is good, if the cables are good then look at the Head Board...

If you do a cleaning, is there ink movement to the waste bottle?

If yes, then it is electronic....................

Is it a fuse, 9 out of 10 times it is...

Is the Head board good?

I ask this based on the information you have shared....

What kind of shape is the Maintenance Assembly in?

Answer these questions and you will have your answer....

How can the head board electronics be checked do you have any diagrams?

I know its not rocket science I am out of things that I can check with the information that I have and need more info to check parts before I just keep replacing parts.

I know its not a fuse I have checked it more than once.

Also is there a way to check the electronics on the print head before I go at the board and have a new printhead that is bad.
