Falcon Jr. Wiper Problem

I just installed a new maintenance station in my Falcon Jr. Everything worked fine after I got finished but when it completes a cleanning cycle it leaves the wiper in the out position instead of drawing it in. Any one have any ideas of whay might be causing this.

It's not the wiper itself. The arm that the wiper is in is what is staying out where the heads go over it. During the clean cycle it move in and out to wipe the head like it should but it stays in the out position when it's done causing the heads to rub over it. I have to move it in myself so it doesn't rub the heads every time they go over it.
