FALCON OUTDOOR 62 (RJ-6100-62) Media scroller needed

Hi, looking for a source for a new (or new to me) media scroller for the Falcon outdoor 62". I bought a used Falcon and when I unpacked everything and set it up, there was no scroll bar to feed the media.

Anyone have one laying around or know where I can find one on the cheap?

It would seem that I am going to have to manufacture my own media scroller. There is a similar request from 2011 that also went unanswered. I wonder if they ever found a solution?
