It has now come down to replace the print head on my machine. Does anyone kow where I can get maintenance book and where is a good place to get cap station and print head for this unit?

OK, I thought it might have been the print heads but. When I did a test print this morning I had a few white lines. My inks were empty so I replaced, a few. Now when I do a test print I only get a few color lines. Do the print heads go out all of a sudden? I have cleaned and cleaned and cleand the heads without any luck. Could it be bad ink. OEM inks
