I just purchased a 48" falcon outdoor that had been sitting for a few months and was wondering if you would mind giving me some insight. I have some cleaning carts that came with it that are all new and some have a card on the side and some don't. when I load them it say's diff carts, is that card supposed to be taken off? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

None should have a 'card' on the side with a chip.

They all need to have a mylar reflective label, you can peel the label off an old cleaning cart and replace the card.

Cards are for new products.
