Need Help Falcon Outdoor II not booting

I have a Mutoh Falcon II Outdoor 64. It just randomly started rebooting. When I cycle the power, it doesn't come on all the way at first, but if I let it go, it keeps restarting, and then eventually starts to go through the initial capping station maneuvers, but shuts off before it can complete them. If I do nothing, it will seem to do this endlessly. I'm at a loss as to what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You have a bad powerboard. If you know to repair, is cc 2 eur, is necessary to replace one or more conductors on this board. If some conductor have a swelling surface, is bad. If you don't know to replate, used powerboadr is cc 100. ..200eur, new is cc 400eur.
