Falcon outdoor Jr. Nozzle check ok. Send job from flexi and just advances vinyl

Hi Please HELP!!!

I have a falcon outdoor jr....

The nozzle check prints fine...

I send the job from flexi to the printer and the vacuum comes on the head moves a little then it just sits there and advances the vinyl the length of the job and goes back to plot ok..

Any Ideas? I'm up against a deadline
