Falcon outdoor JR Quality setting Question

Hi I have a falcon outdoor Jr.

On the control panel is a quality setting with a diamond, man, and a rabbit.

When the machine is idol it is at the diamond.

I use flexi 8.6 to print with and no matter what I try when I print the quality setting on the printer goes to the man. I would like the higher quality any ideas?

When you go to print, go to the advanced tab in production manager and you will see a text drop down box about 1/3 of the way down on the right that says resolution / DPI. default is 720x720.
That is where you can make your changes, try them all.
I am using 8.1 but my guess is that it is similar on 8.6.

Diamond is for 1440 dpi, man is for 720 dpi rabiit is for 360 dpi.
RIP Settings overrule machine settings.
Like chester says in flexi you can set the print resolution.
720x720 is normally OK.
I tried 1440x1400 and all other options but due to the high inkdrop size there is no imporvement when you use 1440x1440 or 1440x720 dpi.
There are no ready to go 1440 dpi profiles so you have to make them your selve too.
