i having a problem with my black ink ive cleaned numerous times and cleaned the heads and changed the dampers still no black ink any help would be appreciated

check for cap tub falling off, pump tube fell off the pump inlet, clogged pump tube, failed pump tube (ink on the gears). is there ink in the capping station after each clean cycle?

yes after i pulled tubes off try to suck ink thru some came out havent tried the other things ill be back later with results Thanks

Mother board has a black fuse and a color fuse....
