Falcon Outdoor Multiple Issues

Summary: Ink isnt moving in the tubes or printing onto media; control panel unresponsive, even though the printer and systems still work.

Recently got a Falcon Outdoor Jr from a friend, had some various issues I had to work with.

I changed the capping station. Fired it up and all the cycles seemed fine, media loaded fine, etc etc.

Went to print and the carriage and media all looked as though it was printing until I noticed no ink, nor is there any ink visibily moving in the clear tubes. Here's what I've done so far:

Changed print head fuses via the suggestion showed here.

Tried siphoning ink with syringe from waste bottle hoses, and by unscrewing the hose at the damper. After multiple tries, no ink ever visibly was pulled into the syringe. Small amounts moved in the clear tubes, but never pulled full ink.

The ink cassettes once removed have wet ink on them after a cycle so the ink appears to be withdrawing from the cassette just fine?

-EDIT- The printheads appear to be spaced very far from the material, even after height adjustment of the carriage.

Secondly, the control panel seems to be very unresponsive, it typically just shows 8 blocks and no words or menus to choose from, nor does pressing any of the buttons except the "Cleaning" button cause any effect on the printer. However if I print, the printer reacts and begins printing (although no ink is coming out)

This is my first time working with a Mutoh so Im still trying to learn what product specific issues i could be encountering here. Any help I surely appreciate.

I would also like to say this forum has been a huge help in me understanding a lot about large format printers. Thanks in advance!

First ink should flow from ink cassette to head. Cleaner fluid tried to flush the tubes?

The ink tubes running from the cassette to the heads is where the stalled ink is. I got some cleaning fluid cassettes to run tonight in hopes of solving that issue.
