Falcon Outdoor...setting commands and functions?

Changed heads, settings got changed. When media is loaded it runs it out about 3 ft, pulls it back and checks width. The arrow keys will not work that run media in and out. When print is complete it runs media out again. I can't
figure what got changed, but every time I try to fix it I seem to create new
problems... I would like for it to check width and just stop when media is loaded.
I'd like to be able to use the arrow keys. I don't want media cut!!! WTH....
Can anyone help me with these settings? It's making me crazy!

Anyone know how to reset the parameters on this printer?

It will roll the media out like that when a combination of the sheet/roll buttons get pressed.
From your description thats the only thing I can discern...
Sheet cut?

Yes, In the Command menu, there is an item " Origin Reset". But it seems I was
mistaken... That did not solve the problem. When I came in this morning it was
back to doing the same thing. This time I unplugged the machine and waited
a while. Plugged it back and now it has stopped. I did try that yesterday but
it did not help. Who the H3LL knows? I hope it stays this time.
