I have an FC3100-120 Graphtec plotter that was once used with Casmate software.
I have upgraded to windows XP and signlab but every time I try to send a file to cut I get an message that says: waiting for CTS DSR.
I figure it may be a driver issue, but I was reading that it may also have to do with dip switches on the plotter itself, but that's where I run out of talent.
Has anyone ever encountered this or have a solution?
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this plotter and I would like to continue to use it.
