Had this machine about 5 years and has always been great.
I started getting complaints from a regular customer that when we cut long distraction marks for. ( Just multiple long strips) I didn't pay much attention to it since I thought it was his picky installer complaining.
Now I'm starting to notice it not cutting straight on other jobs. It seems to shift entire lines of text. Once it shifts a line, it cuts the rest of the line straight from then on.
My question, should I just change the pinch rollers (can they be slipping ? )
or is there something more sinister going on inside the covers.
Since it's intermittent, I'm afraid if I call someone in to service it, I may get the "let me adjust this screw, and see how it goes... 200.00 please" routine
