Yesterday I lost connection to both my HP 365 and Graphtec 8600 in the Production Manager. We called our IT guy and he went through the process of getting them re-set up in PM. Everything works fine (I can print and cut again) but poll size is now greyed out. I've updated both the firmware and the driver for the plotter. Do you all have any other suggestions to fix this?
Notes:
I can manually enter the width and height and it will still cut.
Poll size works fine for the 365.
I am using FlexiPRINT & CUT 3M Traffic Edition
