For the brite-tel one just go to their website and click on "brochure" and then save the pdf and open in illustrator.
I'm sure it's no secret to most around here but I pretty much always search for pdf files of what I am looking for and then use them. If they give you a problem accessing them just "place" them in a new illustrator file and then flatten them. it's Object>Flatten Transparency> Make sure you select "convert all text to outline" and move the vector balance up to 100.
I'll keep looking for the other 2.
