Firmware vs640

I recently bought a vs640 and noticed that it has the stock firmware version 4.00 installed. I would like to know if anyone has performed the updates. If these had changes in operation or some restrictions. Since I use red gaian inks and they are not original.
I wouldn't like to update and start having problems.
Anyway, are there any improvements? Better fluidity or, for example, the possibility of printing cmyk without LM and LC?
I did not find any update notes with the changes.

Printing CMYK is possible with any firmware version. You just need to select double CMYK ink config.
I'd save the actual parameters of the machine and do the update.
If something doesn't work, I'd downgrade to the actual version and download the parameters.
It's hard to say, if you particular ink chips work. Ask your ink dealer.
