I hope none of actually read this today. I hope all of you have the opportunity to disconnect and, for at least a day, and focus on time with your family and loved ones. Unless, one of your gifts is some new toy in your shop and you are on the net looking up details. Why am I on the computer right now? I guess I have an addiction [to work and stuff] and can't let it go.
Anywho, as the title says, this is my first REAL vacation ever. +- 19 years in. I'm writing from the small province of Alajuela, Costa Rica.
I have been trying to hit ever non tourist spot I could reach during my time here. Fortunately I have some extended family here so i get the local perspective. All over this small country from the border of Nicaragua to the coast of Limon.
In my travels I stopped in this city called Sarchi. It is known for hand made furniture and hand painted home decor. I thought I would share some pics of the wonderful sights here. If you ever have the chance to come here. Jump. DO NOT hesitate. Even the Sign Industry down is it a wonder in and of itself. Even the small shops that do wide format produce great stuff.
