Fitting a new Y drive belt and a return pulley to my SC1400D

I have a new Y drive belt and a return pulley to fit to my SC1400D as the old ones are very worn.
I have put this job of for ages but plots are deteriorating and this needs replaced now.
I have the parts but I have no info on how to fit these parts.
Can anyone help with this?

Well I managed to get hold of a maintenance manual.
And it's all back together.
Just difficult trying to work out how tight the belt should be.
In the end I have just had to guess it!!
