Suggestions fixing banner on chain link fence

bigben

Not a newbie
I need suggestions other than plastic tie wraps to hold a banner on a chain-link fence. It's not a large banner, just 38in x 80in. I've used stainless steel tie wraps before, and even though they are rated for 250lbs, I’ve had issues with them in the past, even on smaller banners.

Thanks.

Fasten a 2"× 4" board top & bottom with chain link fasteners, then screw the banner fast to the runners. Fender washers help tremendously.

bungee cords if you have grommets.
That banner is small. Keeps it nice and tight.
And will flex with the wind…

Bungee cord are a bit expensive? You can get a bucket of them for $10 at Home Depot.

That's not a large banner. Use UV rated plastic zip ties. Try going to a mesh banner that lets the wind though. I have about 50... 4'x50' mesh banners all over the country on construction sites and no issues.
